I had a dental emergency over the weekend and come Monday morning they got me in ASAP. From the initial call to the arrival at their shop the energy was welcoming and very friendly. I had a tooth emergency this past spring where my tooth broke and was infected. We called around everywhere and Zane Dental was able to get us in immediately! I am a very anxious person about the dentist and was hesitant to go, but they made it a very comfortable experience for all three visits to get my tooth fixed. I did not feel judged for the state of my teeth, and they listened to all my concerns. I was scared I would have to get my tooth pulled, but they were able to do a root canal and put a crown on it. Other clinics I have been to before are scary due to their seriousness. However at Zane Dental it made me feel very relaxed. I must give this team their props. They got me in on a Saturday same day I had a wisdom tooth emergency which we found out was badly infected. I was literally having a panic attack leading up to this procedure and during. The dentist and assistant took such gentle care of me, even held my hand and reassured me multiple times during. Put on Netflix for me, literally watched Anime. It was a scary situation they really supported me emotionally through as a person with severe anxiety. I really felt so safe in their hands. The staff were so informative and friendly and I refuse to see anyone else. I was prescribed everytbing I needed not just ibuprofen. I also had penicillin and a special mouth rinse. I even forgot to grab my special oral mouth wash and a staff came in the very next day (office was closed) to make sure I got my mouth wash to keep up on my oral care post op. That's incredible. So generous. And so caring. Hands down these people are amazing and truly have a heart for their community. I had to hug them when I left 🥰👏 Never stop doing what you all are doing, you are loved and I'm telling everyone about your office. Also I'm healing up great! I wound up at Zane Dental after Metro Dental Care in Richfield shamed me and told me I needed significant oral surgery...the dentist made it sound hopeless. Enter Dr. H! She put me at ease right away and came up with a plan to improve my teeth, without a single extraction.  She is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. My wife dropped her bottom denture on the hardwood floor and broke it right down the middle. She was devastated and needed them fixed ASAP. I looked on Yelp for the best place to fix them and found the above report where the man's 80 something mother had a great experience with Zane. That was years ago. Could my 78 year old wife have as good an experience? The answer was no, she had a better one! Dr. Hoang was surprised at how old my wife's denture was, and checked to make sure the fit was still good for her and the denture was still in good enough shape for repair. She determined it was repairable without any pressure to replace it, which, if you've been to most other dentists, is highly unusual. She immediately sent it out for repair with no further questions. Now comes the good part! The denture was sent out July 1, 2024 with an estimated return of "3 or 4 days." Didn't thrill my wife, since it would take her through the 4th toothless, but that sounded like a reasonable period. So 2:45 on the 3rd we get a call from Dr. Hoang that they were told the denture would be delivered that afternoon if we wanted to come in and wait for it. She wanted my wife to have her teeth for the 4th! How compassionate was that? They even kept their clinic open for us while we waited for the delivery. My wife was ecstatic getting her denture for the holiday. Look, you can get professional dentistry in a gazillion clinics in the metro area. I doubt you'll find a one that deals with human beings instead of faceless patients like Zane and Dr. Hoang do.  I highly recommend Zane Dentistry.

I recently visited this dentist office for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. Dr. Mimi did an excellent job pulling my wisdom teeth and the procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of dental care. My 85 years old mom recently had some dental issues, I called Zane Dental  office and we were able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Hoang was incredibly kind and my mom's extraction was fast and painless. My mom also got her new dentures done and she was very please with it. Been coming here for years, always top notch work. I had a crown from several years ago fall out this morning, and even without an appointment they had me in the chair in less than 10 min from my arrival. I called them at 5:40pm on a Friday when I chipped a front tooth. I told them what had happened and they told me to come right over. I got there at about 5:50 and they close at 6:00. They were welcoming, took their time, and addressed my concerns. They made sure I was happy with the cosmetic bonding that they did for me. I had an awful tooth ache on a Saturday, and they were open! I was examined with a quick x-ray and treated for pain and infection.  I had the tooth extracted the following Monday. My whole family has been going to Dr MiMi Hoang  since 2007. She is passionate and excellent with what she does.  Dr. Hoang is very gentle and super fast.  We were impressed by seeing our own cavities teeth when Dr drilled into the tooth and took lots of  Intra oral photos to show us how cavities teeth looked like .  Our previous  dentist  totally missed it and mistaken it with the stain since they do not hurt . They do everything in the office including Braces, wisdom teeth extraction , implants and denture. Her office is well equipped with all  the modern technology.  She has small hands which does not make me choke like other dentist. Nicest staffs and always there for you when you are in need. Zane Dental helped me out when I was in a ton of pain. I had an infected moral and it was worst pain of my life; of course it was a Saturday and my regular dentist wasn't available. My wife called them at 2 and they reviewed the situation and got me in the same day. The knowledge and experience of the staff was evident, they reviewed the tooth in question which had a root canal about 3 years ago they said a retreatment wouldn't be effective because it would be prone to another infection. She was very informative letting me know what she will do before and after and when she was done,  I did not know! That is how God she is.  I am new to mn and I'm so glad I found zane dental. This place rocks!!!  I highly recommend this place for anybody that has bad anxiety about going to the dentist  I've only have had bad experiences at dentists my hole life.... An these guys change my whole outlook on dentist I haven't been to a dentist and 6 years or more and I go to these guys and they just are so nice an amazing like I had two teeth pulled and I was able to get through it it was almost like a cakewalk.... Only dentist I’ve ever felt comfortable coming to since  my grandfather passed away. He was my dentist and it was difficult to be seen by someone else. Mimi is a true professional and I’m thankful to have someone I feel comfortable working in my teeth.

Had a wisdom tooth extracted there, and I tell you what, the shots weren’t painful at all. I’m a person with a pretty low pain tolerance, and I have to admit that I was surprised at how painless and fast it was. It took the dentist around 2-4 minutes after the numbing to get the tooth out. She’s absolutely knowledgeable and knows what to do, because if not, I don’t think it will come out so quickly. Her assistant is also an absolute angel. She held my hand and rub my arm to calm me down and made sure that I wasn’t in pain during my first injection (yes, first ever). I slipped on ice on Sunday morning and was seen first thing Monday morning. Dr. Mimi was very kind and talked me through my options. She fixed my two front teeth and I am very happy with the outcome.

I have always had the best care at Elite Dental and they have always shown to be accommodating to everyone. This includes the vietnamese language barrier, communicating with me on multiple platforms to ensure I am aware of my appointments even when I can't answer my phone at work, and considered my financial standpoint by monitoring my dental health on less alarming problems (such as small cavities that are not growing). I have been going here since I was 12 and am only comfortable in this office since they have a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, accommodate me on Saturdays and Sundays, and have always made sure I was comfortable by asking if I felt pain and if I needed anything. Growing up with them in my life has made me see how they have made sure I had a great experience as a child all the way up to my now adult, working years. I can't recommend a more thoughtful and caring dentist than Dr. Mimi Hoang.
